B. Service History:

-Stationed USS Yorktown, Assistant Helm Officer. Notes: It is the opinion of this officer that Ensign Griffith is an outstanding officer and above all else shows great potential, it is my recommendation that he be promoted to Lt. (jg) after initial transfer review. Commanding USS Yorktown.

-Stationed USS Saratoga, Assistant Operations Officer. Notes: After reviewing the performance of Ensign Griffith, i have issued SF Commendation and promoted him to Lt. (jg) per the recommendation of his previous CO. Despite his short career in SF, it is the opinion of this officer that he be transfered to Command School at StarFleet Academy for rapid initial training in Command and Starship Operations.

-Stationed USS Mendoza- Assistant Tactical Ops Officer. Notes: Lt. (jg) Griffith has turned out to be an awesome Tactical Ops Officer despite his lack of previous training in this field. I have found it difficult to not agree with the previous notations of his former CO's. Lt. (jg) Griffith has been again recommended for transfer to CSSA at SF Headquarters, SF Academy.

-Stationed CSSA, Starfleet Academy. Notes: Lt. (jg) Griffith has passed all of the requirements for rapid promotion to Lt. Cmdr, and it is the opinion of this commandant that he be given the oppurtunity to serve as an Operations Officer with room for promotion to Chief Ops on a smaller vessel. From where, he can gain the knowledge and experience required for a command position. it is the opinion of this commandant that Lt. (jg) Griffith is the finest example of a Starfleet Officer, and it is my hope that he will one day rise to the elite level of Commanding Officer in this Federation.

-Stationed USS Kensington. Chief Operations Officer, Rapid Promotion by Presidential Commendation. Lt Cmdr. Notes: During Lt. Cmdr Griffith's 6 year tensure aboard the USS Kensington, he has become an essential member of this crew, and while it is deeply saddening to see such a fine officer transfer, it is with great pride that i recommend him for the rank of Commander, and include a letter of recommendation for transfer to Bridge Command Position.

-Sationed: Classified Information by order of StarFleet Intelligence. Notes: During this time period Cmdr. Griffith served in various roles within Starfleet Intelligence, and served as a vital factor during the Bajoran Occupation. Cmdr Griffith's actions during the occupation of Bajor by Cardassia Prime have earned him the most prestigious award issued to a Starfleet Officer, the Starfleet Medal of Honor with Oak Clusters. In addition his leadership role in the liberation of Bajor has earned him the following medals by order of the Federation Council: Commendation of Valor, Commendation Service Ribon, Christopher Pike Medal of Valor with two bronze stars, Starfleet Purple Heart, and 16 Letters of Commendation, in addition to the Bajoran Peace Commendation, Bajoran Liberation Service Award, and a personal letter of commendation from the Bajoran Governing Body. All other information has been deemed classified by order of the Director of Starfleet Intelligence.

-Transfered to Independence Fleet Command Headquarters, Admiral James D West Commanding.

-Stationed USS Avalon A & B: Commanding Officer. Captain. Notes: None Present. 23 letters of commendation earned during service, also awarded again with the Christopher Pike Medal of Valor.

-Stationed USS Liberty: Commanding Officer. R. Admiral. Notes: Has been recommended for promotion to Rear Admiral, and approved. His service is consistent with previous notations, and he again has served above and beyond the call of duty.

-Retired From Independence Fleet Command. Notes: During this time period R. Admiral Griffith transfered to a classified branch of Starfleet Intelligence, and headed up many projects relating to Starfleet and Federation Security.

-Resumed Duties in Independence Fleet:

-Stationed Starbase 10: Temporary Commanding Officer. Notes: Temporarily assumed command of Starbase 10 when the acting CO requested emergency leave.

-Stationed USS Avalon-C. Commanding Officer. Notes: Admiral Griffith successfully launched and reintegrated the USS Avalon, however reclassed the ship to a Prometheus Class B variant, a design that Admiral Griffith helped create.

-Stationed Earth, Starfleet Head Quarters. Director of Fleet Personnel and Relations: Notes: Upon Presidential recommendation, R. Admiral Jeremiah Griffith was promoted to Admiral and placed in Independence Fleet HQ, heading up the department of Fleet personnel and relations. Also issued a Presidential Letter of Commendation and the Kragite Order award.

- Stationed Earth, Starfleet Head Quarters – San Francisco. Commander in Chief / General Executive Director: Notes: Upon the retirement of Fleet Admiral West, Admiral Griffith was promoted by Council Order to Fleet Admiral and assumed his present position.
