Welcome to the Independence Fleet Head Quarters. Our mission,
and very existence is simple- to protect and serve the Federation! We are the
first, and only line of defense between the
Federation and the terrors that lie beyond our borders. Our fleet, our ships,
our captains are the best in Starfleet, and our mission is that of very
nature of Starfleet "To explore strange new worlds, to seek out new
life, and new civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone
before.", while at the same time to serve as the protectors and
defenders of the Federation.

NEWS –
Fleet Admiral Griffith (12 September 2007,
1000 HRS)
There have been a
great deal of changes in the fleet over the last few months, we've
restructured the fleet, decreased in size but stengthened our numbers and our
existing ships in the process. We've relieved a great deal of inactive
staff members, and fired others.
We are in search
of simmers, both for simming positions and for command positions, if you or

Fleet Admiral Griffith (16 January 2006, 2100 HRS):
I am proud to announce the creation of a new
Elite Force, and perhaps even a new Era in IDF simming.
As of the 16th day of January 2006 at 2100 Hours, Independence Fleet creates
and brings into full readiness the Klingon Defense
Response Force. This, Elite Force, will operate independently of the other EF's, however also work with the existing EF's to allow members to venture into the realm of Klingon Simming, as well as the
opportunity to learn more about the well known and respected Klingon Empire!
